Telekom Malaysia Berhad has recently announced that they have added seven new premium channels to their HyppTV lineup, five new Video On Demand (VOD) categories and two new interactive applications to Malaysia’s newest Pay TV service – HyppTV. This means that by June 2011 when these new addition becomes available, HyppTV will have a total of 44 channels – 15 free channels, 29 premium channels, 14 VOD categories and 11 interactive applications.
The new channels are as follows:
Premium channels: Al Jazeera, tvN HD, Nat Geo Adventure HD, Nat Geo Music, Syfy HD, SS Music and EMAS.
VOD categories: Series – Malaysian Package, Knowledge – Nature Package, Kids – Dino, Anamasi and Galaxy.
Applications: Facebook and Youtube.
